Submission Guidelines: Student Posters
All submissions are managed through the EasyChair conference management system. If you haven't used EasyChair before, you can easily sign up for an account by clicking the link below. When creating a new submission, be sure to select the correct application track.
All conference submissions (student posters and workshop proposals) require a (1) list of any & all authors, (2) title, and (3) poster/presentation abstract (max of 250 words). We do not require finalized poster design or workshop presentation materials as part of your initial submission; these items will become necessary after all submissions have been reviewed. Upon notification of acceptance, poster presenters will receive follow up instructions via email detailing presentation/poster formatting guidelines, as well as information pertaining to all relevant sessions included on our finalized program schedule and notes on preparation.
Submission Deadline: August 23th, 2024 (Sept. 1st extension upon request)
Notifications: Sent out on a rolling basis
