The Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish language councils, in cooperation with NTNU and UiT The Arctic University of Norway, are organizing the conference "Language & AI in the Nordic countries - for all?" in Trondheim.
Digital equality is a core point in the Nordic Language Declaration, and is a target for the EU's commitment to ELE (European Language Equality). As society is becoming increasingly digitized, we must ensure that language technology and artificial intelligence is available to all the languages in the Nordics, including the small languages.
