We are excited to announce that the Decarbonising Building Industry (DBI) International Conference 2024 is now accepting abstract submissions. This premier event, set to take place on November 18-19 in Melbourne, aims to bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore innovative strategies for reducing the carbon footprint of the building industry.
Conference Themes: DBI2024 will focus on a range of pivotal themes, including:
- Decarbonising Building Materials
- Sustainable Construction Practices
- Operational Emissions Reduction
- Prefabricated and Modular Building
- Innovations in Building Services
- Application of New Technologies in Construction
We invite you to submit abstracts that align with these themes, particularly those that offer new insights, innovative research findings, and practical case studies related to the decarbonisation of the building industry.
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words.
- Include a concise title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Clearly indicate the conference theme your abstract addresses.

- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
