Welcome to MCIS & CAPSI 2024, a joint conference: the 16th Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems (MCIS) and the 24th Conference of the Portuguese Association for Information Systems (CAPSI).

The joint conference will be held in Porto, Portugal, hosted by Porto Accounting and Business School, Polytechnic of Porto, from October 3rd to 5th, 2024.

The conference theme is Navigating Digital Landscapes: Bridging Technology, People, and Processes. MCIS & CAPSI 2024 aims to bring together contributions from the Information Systems (IS) community that explore a wide array of topics related to IS and its organisational and societal impacts.

Submission Guidelines

The submission of papers is open to the academic and business communities with relevant research and development work in the field of information systems. The conference invites both:

• research full-length paper, which should have a maximum of 8000 words, and
• research-in-progress paper, which should have a maximum of 4000 words.
