MCMI 2024 is an interdisciplinary workshop whose goal is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration across various fields, including audio processing, computer vision, and natural language processing, among others. The themes of the workshop includes novel applications and innovative solutions related to acquisition and integration of data from different sources for holistic pattern recognition, as well as examining how cross-domain insights can be used to comprehend and analyze complex, multimodal datasets. The workshop thus aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners from different areas to discuss recent progress in multimodal pattern recognition.
Submission Guidelines
The MCMI workshop accepts novel, previously unpublished papers that are not under review elsewhere. The topic of the workshop is the convergence and fusion of information from multiple modalities to allow for robust pattern recognition and understanding. The full list of topics of interest can be found on the Topics of Interest page.
Submission Format
All paper submissions must conform to the formatting instructions of Springer LNCS. The maximum length of the paper is 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and appendices. Papers must be submitted in PDF format and will follow a single-blind review process.
Templates for the submission are available in LaTeX and Word.
