Welcome to Taicang, China to attend the 10th Asia Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering (MEAE 2024) during October 18th to 20th, 2024. MEAE conference series aim to provide a platform for global scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students to gather and exchange research ideas, outcomes, and experiences related to the fields of mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering.

As the conference organizer, the School of Civil Aviation and the School of Astronautics at Northwestern Polytechnical University, are dedicated to creating a vibrant academic environment focused on mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering.

MEAE 2024 features a range of activities, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshop, breakout sessions, and social events. We cordially invite participants from academia and industries to submit research papers on various themes related to mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering. By bringing together experts and scholars, we hope to strengthen theoretical research and exploration in the fields of mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering, foster technological innovation, and promote the dissemination and application of academic achievements.

Submission Guidelines

PLEASE DO FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! OTHERWISE YOUR PAPER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY MEAE 2024.

* Prior to make the submission, please prepare your submission according to the Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. Regular registraion fee only covers one 7 pages paper. Addtional pages will cost extra fees.

* English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

* The submission will be confirmed and assigned with a Paper ID by the conference secretary from meae_conf@163.com within 3 working days after submission.

* At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.

* The reviewing process of the MEAE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings. 

* Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract at least. 

* Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

Publication

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by conference committees. Accepted papers will be published into MEAE 2024 Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec.
