Submission Guidelines
We encourage submission of papers on the topics mentioned above and papers are allowed to be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
- Full papers (4 pages)
Papers must conform to the IEEE proceedings paper format guidelines. If the paper is accepted, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper.
