We invite scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to submit original theoretical, empirical, conceptual, and policy-oriented research papers for the Multidisciplinary International Conference on Governance, Strategic Management, and Organizational Transformation in Transition.
The conference provides a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on how organizations and institutions adapt to complexity, change, and uncertainty. It brings together perspectives from management sciences, including marketing, human resource management, finance, general management, business analytics, operations management, supply chain management, organizational behavior, leadership, sustainability, digital transformation, and related disciplines.
