Pattern Recognition has become a hot research branch thanks to the recent advances of machine learning driven by big data. In light of the fast-paced advancements in pattern recognition taking place all over the world, it is of great interest to keep an eye on the state-of-the-art research and development and to facilitate collaboration in multidisciplinary research areas
It is a great pleasure for us to invite you all to participate as speaker, delegate, sponsor at the 5th Symposium on Pattern Recognition and Applications (SPRA 2024) which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey during November 11-13, 2024. It's a dedicated conference where you will have the opportunity to learn about new developments and share aspects of your own work in the fields of pattern recognition by sharing poster works or oral presentations. With high efficient and tight communication with outstanding experts worldwide, we hope productive discussions would stimulate creative ideas to translate new discoveries into better practice and application. We believe worldwide scientists, academicians, students, scholars, entrepreneurs in the fields will create huge opportunities by showcasing the growth and breakthrough of pattern recognition at a time when so many new innovations and challenges are available.
We hope and trust that you will find the conference and your visit to the very beautiful and exciting city of Istanbul, in November 2024 both valuable and enjoyable!
Submission Guidelines
SPRA 2024 solicits papers in the following categories:
- Full papers: technical papers reporting original research or survey papers
- Abstracts of recently published work in a relevant journal or top-tier conference, and plans to present works only.
Regular research papers should be at least 4 pages (including references, figures, and tables). Extended abstracts should be at most 2 pages and should reference the originally published work.
Note that accepted papers under 6 pages will be published with no additional charge. Exceeding pages will be charged an additional fee.
Accepted long and short papers will be published into the conference proceedings. Authors of an accepted long or short paper will be expected to give a presentation at the conference. Authors of accepted abstracts will be expected to present their work during the conference, but the extended abstracts will not be published in the proceedings (they will be made available in a separate booklet).
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
