International Workshop on Adaptive, Compressive and Computational Imaging WACCI 2024
Computational imaging is a systematic imaging systems design methodology that gathers elements from optics, image processing, mathematics and computer science. By adding flexibility to the image formation process since there is no need to form an image computational imaging can accomplish task-specific imaging goals circumventing physical limitations and maximizing sensing resources, enabling completely new imaging modalities such as compressive imaging, snapshot hyperspectral imaging, imaging through scattering media, integral and lightfield imaging , Fourier ptychography, etc.
The 3rd International Workshop on Adaptive, Compressive and Computational Imaging WACCI 2024 covers the most recent and exciting advances in state-of-the-art computational imaging topics, with plenary speakers, and special sessions. In addition, several matchmaking events targeting students and professionals will be featured in WACCI 2024. We invite all researchers in the field to submit an abstract that summarizes their original, current work.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Montevideo, Uruguay November 26-28, 2024.
Submission Guidelines
The 1-page abstract must be original and summarize their novel contribution in the Computational Imaging field.
- Abstract must be submitted in English.
- The abstract must be submitted in PDF format and should follow the formatting rules found in the sample.pdf file or follow the provided latex template.
- Presentation can be either "Oral" or "Poster". Corresponding session allocation is subject to the Chairs' discretion given schedule availability. Instructions for oral and poster presentations shall be found later from the "For Authors/Presenters" link. The poster should follow the formatting rules found in the following latex example.
- To ensure a high-quality workshop, all submmited works will be reviewed by the Program Committee for technical merit and suitability of content. Conference Chairs reserve the right to reject for presentation any paper that does not meet content or presentation expectations.
