Join us for the 1st International Conference on Autism Advanced Research and Management in Athens, a collaborative effort by the Greek Society for the Protection of Autistic Persons (GSPAP), the Hellenic Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, the Municipality of Athens, and Funogen. This pivotal event will delve into the latest research on the causes and biological mechanisms of Autism Spectrum Disorders, showcasing innovative management technologies. We aim to promote understanding, social inclusion, and collaboration among individuals with autism. Be part of a movement that enhances awareness and improves the lives of those affected by autism. The conference is a key initiative under the GSPAP-Funogen's #connectmetoo: Together in Synergy for Autism movement, which aims to enhance societal awareness of autism.
Submission Guidelines
This pivotal event aims to bridge gaps in autism research and practice, enhance public understanding, and promote inclusivity for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Join us in Athens for an engaging and insightful discussion on advancing Autism research and management. Together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by ASD and work towards a more inclusive society.
Authors are invited to submit original, English-language research/review contributions no longer than 12 pages formatted according to the well-known Springer template for Book chapter authors (https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/book-authors-editors/your-publication-journey/manuscript-preparation).
Submitted papers must present unpublished work not considered for publication in other journals or conferences.
All presenting authors of accepted papers are expected to attend the conference (physical or online) and register by September 20th, 2024.
- Papers should be submitted online.
- Papers should be submitted in English.
- The maximum number of pages is 12.
- The authors are responsible for ensuring that their text does not contain typos, grammatical errors, or plagiarism.

Publication
Full papers should be submitted adhering to the conference formatting guidelines. All submissions must be original and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Submitted papers will be refereed by at least three reviewers for quality, correctness, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings. All aspects of the submission and notification process will be handled online via the EasyChair Conference System at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aarm2024

Venue
All academic conference activities will take place at Olympia City Music Theatre “Maria Callas” in Athens, Greece. The Olympia Municipal Music Theater “Maria Kallas” is located on Akadimias Street 59, in Athens, after Charilaou Trikoupi and before Mavromichalis, where many buses’ lines of the OASA and ILPAP pass through.
