About MetaACES 2025
The 3rd International Conference on Metaverse and Artificial Companions in Education and Society (MetaACES 2025), organized by The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and co-organised by Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), will be held on 18 - 20 June 2025. Day 1-2 of the conference will be held at EdUHK, while Day 3 will be held at SUSTech in Shenzhen. The conference aims to provide an interactive platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and professionals in the education sector to share and exchange research agenda, innovative ideas as well as practices of promoting and exploring metaverse, AI companions, and related technologies. It will comprise keynote speeches, teacher forum and paper presentations. All presented papers will be published in ISBN-coded proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
- Please submit your manuscript via EasyChair for MetaACES 2025 as a single MS Word file with authors’ name, affiliation and email address that is editable for Secretariat’s format check.
- After checking the format and paper length, the Secretariat will upload the manuscript with authors’ identities removed in PDF format for IPC review.
- Before submitting your manuscript, please give your manuscript a final read-through to ensure it fulfills the format and paper-length required by MetaACES 2025.
- Paper Language: English or Chinese
- (For Chinese papers, please include a new page with English title, abstract and keywords after the reference page.)
- To standardise the information, please input author’s information and submission details on EasyChair in ENGLISH.
