SAMVEDAN 2021 - "Sensing" Solutions for Bharat

A Grand Challenge Competition, jointly organized by Sony India Software Centre Private Limited and IIT-M Pravartak Technologies Foundation. 

Submission Guidelines (Please read with care and follow the process below)

• The proposals must use the SPRESENSE™ board. 
• The submission for SAMVEDAN 2021 is a 3-step process. (All times denoted are in IST).
  1. Register at IITM Pravartak before 31st July 2021 and then attend the Webinars. The links for the webinars will be provided to you based on your registration information. So please check that you have provided the correct email-id during registration. 
  2. Submit your abstract by 23rd August 2021 in EasyChair using this link. (You may have to create an account in EasyChair if you do not have one). 
     1. There can be a maximum of 3 authors - with the first author as Team Leader / SPOC. If there is a change in registered authors, please INFORM gccadmin@pravartak.org.in over email along with the submission identification number of your paper or your registration number. 
     2. If you want to receive emails regarding the submission please tick the corresponding author box. At least one author must be the corresponding author. 
     3. Submit your Title, Abstract, Keywords and attach the completed Abstract PDF file in the format available here.  
     4. Please ensure that your PDF file sizes are as small as possible. 
  3. You can submit as many ideas - but each idea must be a separate submission.
• Update your accepted abstract with the final submission before Sep 15, 2021 Sep 20, 2021 using the template available here. 
• If you have submitted more than one idea and want to withdraw an accepted idea - please withdraw based on your submission id.

SAMVEDAN 2021 Grand Finale prize distribution will be held at IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation (subject to COVID situation at that time). Otherwise, it will be held through e-conferencing mode.
