Abstract

The purpose of this project is to design a low cost but effective remote operate vehicle (ROV) to perform marine exploration tasks in the Dominican coasts. Which, hide many treasures, history and its home of a lot of species threatened by global warming. It will be controlled by an android application through raspberry pi platform.
