EasyChair Preprint 11051

9 pagesDate: October 9, 2023

Abstract

This article discusses three case studies highlighting the effectiveness of combining intelligent agents with push notifications in various educational contexts. The first case shows how an API using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) improves communication between educational institutions and parents, enabling efficient delivery of information about students' academic activity. The second case presents an intelligent agent-based system that provides personalized agricultural information to farmers in Thailand through push notifications. This contributes to agricultural development by providing useful data for informed decision making. The third case focuses on an online teaching system that uses push notifications and AI analytics to improve student attention and performance. This approach is particularly relevant in the context of online education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Taken together, these cases highlight the ability of intelligent agents and push notifications to optimize communication, efficiency, and decision making in a variety of scenarios. These technologies have transformative potential in education by providing relevant, personalized and timely information.
