电推进压电式微流量控制器闭环控制及流量噪声研究分析

Abstract

针对电推进中使用压电陶瓷作为驱动组件的微流量控制器的控制问题,以直接采集的流量作为控制量,给出了可以消除压电陶瓷迟滞和蠕变特性的闭环控制方法,通过对真实流量控制系统的实验验证了该控制方法能够有效地快速稳定和跟随流量,并且分析了环境温度对闭环流量控制的影响。通过对所获得的流量数据的功率谱密度分析可知,闭环控制下的流量在低频下的功率谱密度值较大,流量噪声在低频段显著。
