This study explores the revolutionary potential of a novel combination therapy involving Q203 and PBTZ169. Through meticulous in vitro and in vivo investigations, we unveil the synergistic effects of this dynamic duo on Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In vitro assessments employing the checkerboard method and CFU determination reveal a profound synergy between Q203 and PBTZ169, disrupting bacterial growth with a remarkable impact. The study extends its scope to zebrafish infection models, providing a holistic view of the combination therapy's efficacy. The reduction in bacterial burden, elucidation of tdTomato dissemination, and Kaplan-Meier survival curves collectively emphasize the transformative potential of Q203 and PBTZ169.
