电气比例阀气压伺服系统的遗传优化模糊PID控制

Abstract

       针对气压伺服系统模糊PID控制器模糊因子的选取依赖专家经验的问题,利用遗传算法的全局优化能力,提出一种基于遗传算法优化模糊控制器模糊因子的模糊PID控制器。对电气比例阀进行数学建模,并对气体流量的数学分析,构建了相应的传递函数。经过simulink仿真,可知优化后的模糊PID控制器具有更快的响应速度,更小的超调量。通过搭建半实物实验平台,进一步验证优化后的模糊PID控制器具有更好的稳态性能。
