Abstract

The employee's right to life and health is a fundamental right, the employer is obliged to create safe working conditions at the workplace. In particular, to provide the safest and healthiest working environment for the life and health of the employee. The purpose of the article is to assess the problematic aspects related to safety and health protection in the field of laboratory medicine. In particular, potential biological, chemical, radiological and physical threats in the field of laboratory medicine, their management mechanisms and preventive measures developed on the basis of risk assessment are discussed.
