In recent years, cloud computing has become an important technology in the IT field. E-commerce Experts believe that cloud computing will transform processes in the field of information technology. Cloud computing is a novel processing method in which scalable and often virtualized resources are delivered as a processing service through communication networks such as local area networks and the Internet. The focus of this model is on-demand service to the user, without the user having to process specific equipment or being aware of the process. Cloud computing services can be divided into three groups of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. In this research we aim to provide an uncertain model for selecting the cloud computing model for e-commerce enterprises in developing countries based on hesitant fuzzy decision making methods.
