Abstract

Chatbots and virtual assistants provide instant, 24/7 customer support, resolving queries efficiently and improving the overall shopping experience. Furthermore, AI-driven inventory management ensures the availability of products and timely delivery, which are critical to customer satisfaction. This paper examines case studies of leading e-commerce platforms that have successfully integrated AI to demonstrate its impact on customer engagement and business performance. By analyzing current trends and future directions, this study aims to highlight the transformative potential of AI in redefining the e-commerce landscape, ultimately fostering a more engaging, efficient, and personalized shopping experience for consumers.
