First, a new circuit design of split-phase SNOP breakers is proposed, and its corresponding mathematical modeling is also established. Then, an optimal power flow calculation model of minimum three-phase unbalance of distribution network is developed, based on split-phase SNOP mathematical modeling. The model has 3 objective functions, minimum unbalanced three-phase active load, minimum unbalanced three-phase voltage magnitudes and minimum active power loss of distribution systems. The constraints are included power flow constraints and split-phase SNOP operation constraints. And the relative dominant method is used for transforming dual objectives to one objective, and the immune genetic algorithm is hired for solving. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by simulation analysis of a practical distribution network with 5 feeders. Keyphrases: Optimal Three-Phase Power Control, Split-Phase SNOPs, distribution network
