Editing the submission form

To understand what chairs can do with the submission form, chairs should access the configuration page (menu tabs Administration -> Configure). There is a a whole section on the submission form. Chairs can click on the leftmost column to get explanation on what the options mean.

The most commonly used options of the submission form configuration are

  • Additional fields for the submission form
  • File upload fields for the submission form

Using these options chairs can create forms with almost arbitrary fields.

However, chairs must be aware of the fact that they can customize submission fields but cannot customize author information, apart from selecting the presenter.
