IEEE copyright plugin

This plugin is used by IEEE Conferences to allow submitting IEEE Copyright Forms.

Chairs can enable IEEE copyright management using EasyChair integration with the IEEE eCF system for the conference by doing the following:

(1) Access the configuration page (by selecting menu tabs Administration -> Configure)
(2) Enable plugin "IEEE Copyright Management"

Chairs should have the IEEE Conference Record Number and Conference Title available. They can be found on the Letter of Acquisition received from IEEE.

After chairs enable the plugin, they will see detailed instructions on how to manage copyright agreements. These instructions will also be sent by email.
